The goal of 360 Yoga & Massage is to make yoga accessible, fun, and beneficial for all shapes, sizes, ages, backgrounds, and humans. Leah teaches 4 types of yoga right now and is constantly making sure that her yoga classes are all inclusive to EVERYONE!


The four type yoga that Leah offers are the following: Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, & Yin Yoga. Sometimes classes become a fusion of all of these types of yoga or sometimes it’s just a single style. Just depends on the energy of the class, who is in the class, and what the theme of the class is.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga is where each inhale an exhale is connected with the body or a movement in the body. There are aspects of muscle toning, throw in a little bit of cardio, and elongating the muscles. You can expect to leave class energized and ready to take on the day.

Hatha Yoga is the fundamentals of western yoga practice. This is where alignment and placement of the muscles are and we are able to work into different breathing techniques and muscle engaging techniques.

Restorative Yoga is the way to de-stress the body and lengthening the muscles. Poses are held for 2-3 minutes per pose/per each side of the pose. You will leave class feeling bliss and zenned out.

Yin Yoga is to work into the muscles and the deep fascia that lives within the muscles. Poses are held for 4-7 minutes and you will leave class relaxed and ready for a nap.


Currently Leah is offering Online Yoga Classes Via Zoom, Facebook Live, & Instagram Live. If you can not make a live stream 360 Yoga & Massage does have a Youtube Channel and a Yoga & Meditation Video Content Bank where you can purchase either yoga or meditation videos to help further your home practice. When the weather is nice Leah does hold outdoor classes.
