Meditations & Distant Reiki Healing
Reiki is a form of energy healing that is meant to relax the mind, body, soul, and to to help balance out all of the seven major chakras (you can include the minor chakras as well). To keep everything Covid-19 safe I (attuned to level three Usui Reiki making her a Reiki Master) am offering distant reiki healing. Get all the benefits of reiki in the comfort of your own home while staying safe & healthy. In the very near future I will be adding group reiki sessions to my Facebook Yoga Group doing donation based meditation sessions.
In the near future I plan to add Guided Meditations that you can purchase and download. I also plan on adding a few free and donation only meditations to make sure that everyone can start/stay on your wellness journey.
Virtual Yoga Classes
Due to the age of COVID-19 and the ever growing need to stay on the track of wellness I have decided to go digital. I have paid yoga classes that are via zoom and you get a link to the class so you can re-watch the yoga class over and over again.
I have donation based yoga classes that are streamed on Facebook Live in 360 Yoga & Massage’s Facebook Group. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated, but never excepted. You will not get a copy of the yoga class personally, but you are free to watch the saved yoga classes in the Facebook Yoga Group. I will be adding virtual workshops and series that will be available to purchase at a later date….coming soon.
The Etsy Shoppe & Divination Readings
The secret is out! I run a metaphysical eclectic witchcraft Etsy Shoppe where I sell crystals, spell kits, spell jars, candles, and anything magickal. I understand it may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but I quite enjoy it and would love for you to check it out if you feel so inclined to do so.
Keeping in the metaphysical realm, I read Tarot, Oracle, and Runes. Also keeping it i the digital world…I am offering digital Tarot Cards, Oracle Card, and Rune Readings Reading.

Therapeutic Massage Therapy
For the past five years I have offered massage therapy in the state of Illinois as a licensed massage therapist and granted I am still a licensed massage therapist in Illinois, but I no longer live there. I just recently moved to Houston Texas and had to put massage therapy on hold until I get my licensed transferred over.
So, I am hoping that in the next few months I will be able to offer massage therapy again….and if I am ever in Illinois I just may take a few appointments.
The world will never know and frankly the future is forever changing. I am just along for the ride.
