Thank you!! Sorry I haven’t responded , I didn’t see my notifications till now. I’ve tried a few yoga classes and felt a bit uncomfortable as I got a few looks like “what’s this big chick doing here”. I’ll certainly check the link out! Thank you!!
Not a problem!!!! I know the feeling of being the, “fish out of water.” I still go into classes at different studios for the first time and get asked if this is my first ever yoga class (after filling out the waiver and taking class). So I completely understand!!!! But, hey in yoga we as deliciously, fluffy, thick women have an advantage…..if we fall in a pose we have a little more cushion on our bodies to help with the impact of the fall ;).
