I hope you are having a wonderful Sunday!!! I am currently enjoying my first day off in 7 days….I taught 20 classes this week!!! So a day off to get some much needed relaxing is exactly what the yoga doctors ordered. But, I am doing a bit of work, because I wouldn’t be Leah without working on my day off……So, I started a campaign with Teespring to help promote plus size yoga and just the idea of loving yourself.
