Namaste Yogis and Yoginis, Come ZEN and BEND it out tonight at the Sugar Grove Park District in the Prairie Building from 7pm-8pm for Zen Yoga!!!  This is a restorative type yoga class that focuses on breathing and getting rid of stress in the body, by stretching and relaxing.
